Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCcommerce, USPS or e-packet depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 7 business days, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! 

SHIPPING METHODS

Currently, orders are only shipped to addresses within the 50 states of the United States of America. We work diligently to process your order, because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period.
Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers. All shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will use USPS Priority Mail Shipping unless otherwise requested.
Shipping charges are based upon:
  1. The shipment option you select at Checkout.
  2. Your location
The following shipping options are available. Not all shipping methods are available in all geographic areas, see USPS Tracking for details.

Priority Mail Delivery: (1-3 Business Days)

Your order must be submitted and such approval verifications completed by no later than 2PM EST/11AM Pacific to begin processing for shipment. Order processing time for these orders is 48 business hours after the credit approval and/or other verifications have been completed. Please note that during the Holiday period, order processing time may vary from 2 to 4 business days. Standard Delivery is provided via USPS ground service. Delivery can be expected within 3 – 7 business days based on the distance of the destination. We currently do not offer Standard Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days. Same day shipping times may be affected by peak seasons.
